Roland has over 30 years of business and community development experience, providing support to SMEs assisting them with their operating and consulting needs.

Roland has a broad range of experience through positions held in private industry, community development, government positions and financial institutions giving him vast business and economic knowledge both in rural and urban communities. Throughout his public and private employment experiences, Roland had the opportunity to successfully manage and grow businesses setting precedence above industry norms. He has managed and reported on assets of portfolios of over $25 million dollars.

Roland has worked with numerous professional auditing, consulting and marketing firms, and gained experience related directly to amalgamation, sick company restoration, annual reports, fraud & theft investigations as well as detailed loan & asset audits. Roland has also operated his own businesses thereby giving him firsthand experience of the challenges faced by SME’s. These past experiences have provided Roland with a good understanding of business concepts and enables him to provide support to an extensive range of business clients.
