Throughout his public and private employment experiences, Roland had the opportunity to successfully manage and grow businesses setting precedence above industry norms. He has managed and reported on assets of portfolios of over $25 million dollars.

Roland has worked with numerous professional auditing, consulting and marketing firms, and gained experience related directly to amalgamation, sick company restoration, annual reports, fraud & theft investigations as well as detailed loan & asset audits. Roland has also operated his own businesses thereby giving him firsthand experience of the challenges faced by SME’s.
